Power of Purpose III:
Measuring the Economics of Purpose

8-9 April 2021
Chicago, IL USA

Join C-Suite leaders and leadership scholars to measure the economic impact of purpose.

You already believe in the power of purpose, but how do you measure its impact? Traditional Business wisdom says we manage what we measure; therefore, we want to measure what matters. At Power of Purpose III, we will strengthen our commitment to organizational purpose by developing a model for the measurement of purpose’s impact on standard business metrics including growth, revenue and profit, engagement, customer satisfaction, and client and employee retention.

Zero in on the Impact of Leading with Purpose

Network over cocktails and dinner on Thursday night, then spend an intensive, roll-up-your-sleeves day on Friday focusing on the economic impact of higher purpose in your organization.

Be inspired by our keynote speakers, some of the world's foremost thinkers on business purpose and leadership, and by the CEOs and top executives who bring Words of Wisdom (WOW), 10-minute case studies, to invite reflection and help us move toward shared frameworks for measuring the impact of purpose in our businesses.

Measure Purpose's Role in Your Organization's Success

Devote Friday afternoon to working with your peers from other organizations to decide how to measure purpose in your company. What's on your organization's purpose dashboard? How is purpose demonstrated in your organization? How will you know it's having the impact you want?

Workshop your ideas with other organizational leaders, then refine them with the guidance of leadership scholars who can point you toward evidence-based research. Enjoy rigorous conversation and hand-on work, and learn from each other as you discuss challenges and opportunities unique to your contexts.
