By the end of May 2011, once the Program Committee has finalized the program, proposal submitters will be notified via email as to whether your proposal has been accepted for presentation. All submitters for whom email addresses have been submitted will be notified directly. If accepted, they will be asked to immediately confirm their intent to present and register for the conference.
