To qualify for the ILA member rate, your membership must be current at the time of registration through the end of the conference.

To qualify for the ILA student member rate, you must be a full-time student who is not employed full-time.

All conference attendees, including presenters and speakers, MUST be registered in order to attend.

Registration fees DO NOT include ILA Membership. If you wish to register at the member pricing, please join ILA prior to logging in to the registration page.

Conference registration includes access to all conference presentations, keynote addresses, coffee breaks, and public events. Conference registration does not include meals or ticketed events, which can be purchased separately on the registration form.
ILA membership dues are not refundable. Conference cancellations received in writing by October 3, 2012 are refundable, less a $75 fee. No refunds will be issued after October 3, 2012. Substitutions are allowed through October 15th provided ILA is notified in writing.
Opportunities for Complimentary Registration
At this time ILA does not have a scholarship program. However, there are opportunities for two students to receive free registration and a travel stipend to attend the conference. Students may apply for the Kenneth E. Clark student research paper award (due June 15) or the Union Institute and University travel grant for best paper written by a master's student on the theme of the conference (due August 1).
