Lodging at the Omega Institute


Lodging at the Omega Institute includes:
  • Three meals daily beginning with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of departure (learn more about Dining at Omega)
  • Access to campus amenities such as meditation spaces, library, optional yoga and movement classes, hiking trails, lake and beach, and access to the spa. Spa services are extra. Visit While You're Here to learn more about the facilities.
  • Simple and comfortable, non-smoking rooms. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided in all single and double rooms. Lodgers in Dorms and Tent Cabins may rent items for a small fee as needed.

Rhinebeck, New York is a jewel in the Hudson Valley and features numerous quaint inns, cottages, and B&Bs. For those wishing to experience the town and commute to campus each day, the institute maintains a list of local establishments.

IMPORTANT: ILA's conference registration fee gives attendees access to all non-ticketed confererence activites except for MEALS, YOGA, MEDITATION, TAI CHI, and REFLECTION or MOVEMENT classes. Attendees who lodge at the Omega Institute will automatically gain access to all meals and supplemental activities as listed above. Attendees who choose NOT to lodge at the Omega Institute, should purchase a conference commuter plan from Omega in order to access conference meals and supplemental activities.

Transportation to the Omega Institute


The Omega Institute has created a comprehensive overview of transportation options for Advancing Women in Leadership attendees. The overview includes information on air & train travel, as well as bus and shuttle service.
