Program Mission: The ethical leadership minor is designed to give you an understanding of the theoretical and practical implications of ethical leadership within the public affairs mission of Missouri State University. This program develops your ability to affect positive change in your community and workplace. You will learn how to facilitate shared group goals and practice leadership in a variety of contexts, from social movements to organizational change.
