By logging into the Members Only are of the ILA Web site, you certify that you are a current member in good standing with the association.  Furthermore, by searching the International Leadership Association's Member Directory, you have entered into an agreement with the ILA that your use of the Member Directory is for your personal professional use only.  Furthermore, you agree that the results of any searches you perform will not be redistributed, duplicated, or used to conduct solicitation of sales of merchandise or services.  If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue your use of the directory immediately and/or do not login.
