Your advertisement in the Conference Program is a great way to put information in the hands of participants. After the conference, the program is posted to the ILA Web site and reprinted on the conference CD Rom - two resources utilized long after the conference ends.

Advertiser-provided artwork format in an electronic file. Our
designer prefers the original indesign or illustrator ai or eps file—those are
easier to manage in case something needs to be changed. But a high resolution
pdf file will work as well. Inserts in the Attendee Bag must be mailed directly
to the hotel to arrive no later than the morning of October 25th, 2010. Contact
ILA concerning details and final deadlines. Please reserve program book ads by
September 1, 2010.
Price per table - $1,000
The Exhibit Hall, which also houses the Conference Book Fair, is open throughout the conference and draws a terrific amount of conference attendees. Exhibit tales at the ILA Boston Conference are a great opportunity for you to showcase your products, services, or organization.
Other Benefits: Exhibitors receive one free conference registration for each table.
Notes: Additional staff must register for the conference. A standard skirted table and two chairs are provided for the run of the conference. Internet and power are additional charges.
