Over the last decade, we have witnessed an enormous expansion in the flow of information as well as the creation of new ways to communicate that were previously unthinkable.  Along with these new capabilities, however, we are also experiencing increased complexity and uncertainty.

In this Forum, Alain Guathier shows how collective learning is the key to competitive advantage in the information age.  As we learn together information is transformed into knowledge, and meaning emerges out of the surrounding noise.

Those leaders who are able to harness people's natural curiosity, desire to learn, and search for meaning will create high-performance organisations that adapt quickly to their environment and create additional value.

This Forum will enable leaders to see their role in a new light.  Not only will the tools that support collective learning be presented, but participants will experience them directly as well.
