The Young Leaders’ Affinity Group is excited to take to the next level the great work previously done by the Student Affinity Group to enhance the role of students within the ILA.
The Young Leaders’ Affinity Group is specifically targeted at young people who have a passion for leadership.
We aim to create a global network of young leaders and facilitate an exciting online community to discuss the latest in leadership.
As well as hosting special events at the ILA Global Conference we
will also be ramping up our online presence. We will be sharing the great work being done by young leaders through our quarterly members' update to ensure that the amazing leadership work done is shared throughout our community. We
will also be sending out resources in our bringing you the latest from such diverse areas as business, NGOs and education.
Who is YLAG for?
Our community is specifically targeted to those who have an interest in youth leadership.
Our focus is on young leaders who are seeking opportunities to develop themselves. Our work will be
targeted as young people up to the age of 30. But, don’t let our definition put you off. If you identify
yourself as a young leader or you are interested in promoting young leaders and the value they can add to
the world then please, get involved and affiliate with us through your ILA account.
