Gayle Kaylor is the Chief Director, Provincial Training Academy, Department of the Premier, Provincial Government of the Western Cape, South Africa.  She has Senior-level management experience in the public sector, development, higher education, and teaching at graduate and under-graduate levels in the areas of Human Resources Management, Organizational Development and Leadership Studies, as well as training in areas of Change Management, Diversity Management and Gender Training, Women Management Development, Leadership and Team Building, and Trainer Development and Consultancy with government and international organizations.
