Registration Information

At this time, we are planning for our global conference to occur and are strategically considering all options. Our priority is to support our members as they advance leadership knowledge and practice for a better world and to do so in a trusted, safe environment. Over the coming weeks and months, we will continue to monitor and provide updates in a timely manner as this uncertain situation continues to unfold.
Your conference registration includes access to 450+ presentations, panels, and workshops; Keynote Addresses and Plenary Sessions; Interactive Roundtables and Poster Sessions; Refreshment Breaks; all open receptions and the Leadership Author Meet and Greet Reception; Exhibit Hall and Conference Bookstore; and other non-ticketed events.

Registration rates are currently in the process of being set and should be similar to last year's rates. 
Rates will be dependent upon time of registration, student status, and ILA member status.

+ General Policies 


  1. All conference attendees, including presenters, chairs, commentators, workshop facilitators, and speakers, MUST be registered in order to attend.
     
  2. To qualify for the ILA member rate, your membership must be current at the time of registration through the end of the conference (8 November 2020).
     
  3. To qualify for the ILA student member rate, you must be a full-time student who is not employed full-time. Student members who don’t meet these criteria should register at the regular ILA member rate. You will be prompted during registration to attach a picture of your student ID card or proof of student status to your registration form.
     
  4. Registration fees DO NOT include ILA Membership. If you wish to register at the member pricing, please join ILA prior to logging in to the online registration form.
     

+ Cancellation & Payment Policies


  1. Registration payment is required within 15 days of registering. Unpaid registrations more than 15 days old are subject to deletion.
     
  2. CANCELLATIONS – must be emailed by 5 October 2020
    If emailed to Global2020@ila-net.org by 5 October 2020, conference registration cancellations are refundable, less a $75.00 fee. Pre/post-conference and special event ticket cancellations are refundable, less a $30.00 fee. No refunds can be issued after 5 October 2020.
     
  3. SUBSTITUTIONS – must be emailed by 26 October 2020.
    Any substitutions must be submitted for consideration via email to Global2020@ila-net.org by 26 October 2020. Substitutions are subject to a $50.00 processing fee.
