  1. Five complimentary conference registrations
  2. Invited to host a virtual space on two days of the conference for a total of eight hours. Attendees may elect to stop by your room for a meet and greet. Your room and hours will be advertised in the program PDF and the online program.
  3. Access to the attendee list two weeks in advance for two-time honor system use (during conference registration, attendees are asked if they are OK with their email address being shared with conference sponsors, about half of the attendees agree). You may elect to use the list post-event if desired.
  4. Invited to place three items in the virtual tote bag or elect to have two footer banner adverts on ILA’s Resource Rewind or Interface in a calendar year 2021 edition.
  5. Logo and a link to your website on all conference marketing materials: conference sponsor web page, conference app, all electronic messaging, online program landing page, and program PDF.
  6. Logo on a waiting room sign for eight sessions.
  7. Sponsor a conference stream, logo with link to organization’s website will be placed on session descriptions and noted prominently in conference program PDF and on APP.
  8. Half-page advert in full-color conference program PDF.
  9. One message with your logo will be sent via the APP or elect to have a full page advert in full-color conference program PDF.
  10. Header banner advertisement on the ILA Interface newsletter once in a calendar year.

Full Color Advertising 

All eyes are on you when you advertise in the conference program book! Your ad will live in the clickable (pdf) online program book. Posted just before the conference to the ILA website, the online program book remains available on the conference highlights page long after the conference ends.
