ILA's Building Leadership Bridges book series Call for Editor & Theme
Deadline: March 7, 2014
The ILA is currently seeking a lead editor for the 2015 & 2016 volume of ILA's Building Leadership Bridges book series. This is a volunteer position in the ILA and is only available to members of the association.
Major responsibilities include developing a theme and CFP for the 2015 or 2016 volumes, assisting the ILA in the selection of the rest of the editorial team (section editors), leading the team in the selection and editing process, and writing the introductory essay. As with our current BLB, section editors are listed after the lead editor on the cover, etc.

ILA launches Leadership Legacy Program website
The ILA is pleased to announce a website devoted to its Leadership Legacy Program, which inducts individuals by presenting them with the ILA's Lifetime Achievement Award at the association's annual global conference. The honorees for 2013 included Alice Eagly, Henry Mintzberg, and Ralph Stogdill.
